The best board game I ever played!
What the game about?
Personally this game did widen my idea about personal/family financial, or Cashflow.
It is like a "summary" of our life cycle, you work, invest, give birth, buying properties, buying doodads, until if you succeed to be financial independent then financial freedom and achieving your personal life-goal.
How to play?
Pre-start :
Choose a job and a life goal.
Every job has different financial status, every goal has different price.
1st stage : The Rat Race(the circle)
Start with employment, we earn salary, pay monthly bill(like most of us in real life), or additional expenses if you give birth(step on BABY) or step on doodad(buy TV, medical etc).
Start to do investment by buying properties, fund, stocks, saving, business, and so on.
Goal : Clear your debts,and PASSIVE income more than expenses.
2nd stage : The Fast Track(the outer square)
All about BIG MONEY. A clear view why the rich always still the rich even after they BROKE!
Running more investment, take higher risk, building even more passive income!
And of course, there are lots of "life goal" column in the fast track, you may buy them if you have the money!
Everyone turns excited when at Fast Track, even my gf started to shout, sweat, laugh loudly.(she is a shy girl)
Game over when achieve $50,000/month passive income and "bought" the chosen "life goal".
Every one shall try this game, you will have fun, at the same time learn a lot about cashflow.
